MPact, under the leadership of Mitch Pinckard, has established strategic partnerships and joint ventures with large publicly traded US hospitality REITS, HNWI and UHNWI domestic and international investors, institutional and middle market private equity funds. Mitch embarked on his financial career in New York City back in 1999, delving into the realm of the financial services industry. In 2011, he attained a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from Arizona State University. As the real estate market experienced an upward trajectory in 2014, Mitch seized the opportunity to establish MPact Development, effectively harnessing two decades of progressive expertise spanning finance and real estate. MPact is active in project development and financing, engaging in a diverse spectrum of activities. These encompass the formulation of joint venture partnerships, entitlements, design development, underwriting, financial modeling, capital procurement, as well as debt and equity structuring. Over time, Mitch has cultivated robust affiliations within real estate capital and development. His network extends to private equity and debt funds, alternative lending sources, high net worth individuals, and institutional investors. Mitch has partnered with Steve Burks on multiple projects since 2018 and assumes a hands-on role in directing the development activity for Attainable Lifestyle and Elevant Hotels. Additionally, he has intricately overseen, capitalized, developed, and executed on a dozen other projects since 2018, with an aggregate value of approximately $500 million
